He was predeceased by: his parents, James Folker and Valentina Folker (Maley); and his brothers, Dr. James Folker and Paul Folker. He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Folker (April) of Jacksonville, Jason Folker (Nicole) of Hampstead, NC, Michael Folker (Shyla) of Springfield and Clayton Prose (Shayna) of Girard; and his grandchildren, Gabriele Folker, Aydin Folker, Keaton Frye, Presley Frye, Maekinzy Folker, Thatcher Frye, Kaitlyn King, Austin Folker, Rylan Folker, Connor Prose, Lucian Folker, Harlow Folker of Aidan and Sloan Prose.
