With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Matthew Williams of Pawnee, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on July 12, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father William D. Williams; his wife Kathy Patton; his son Shayne Williams; and his brother Kevin Williams. He is survived by: his mother Marcella Knepler Williams; his children, Jeffrey Williams (Kendra) and Laurie Eby; his grandchildren, Sierra Jones, Peyton Williams, Kyla Ellis and Roman Williams; and his siblings, Mike Williams, Joyce Leahy (Tom), Maureen Williams, John Williams (Valerie), Madonna Strawn (Lynn), Eileen Broeckelmann (Dave), Patty Williams (Kris) and Lisa Schrage (Matt). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
