She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Neeman and Virginia Makowski Neeman; her husband John Jay Dougherty of Anthony's Church; her son James L. Dougherty; her grandson Robbie West; and her brother Glen Neeman.
She is survived by: her children, John J. Dougherty Jr. (Penny Chesher) of Pawnee, Jerry Dougherty of Pawnee and Diana Love (Jim) of Springville, Alabama; and her brothers, Kenneth Neeman (Jean) of Downey and Lyle Neeman (Kelly) of Springfield. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
