She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Reuben and Rey Ethel Younker Miller; and her siblings, Joan Edwards and Dean Miller. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Edward Skaggs; her children, Linda Voltz (Richard) of Springfield and Gary Skaggs (Linda Jumper) of Pawnee; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Voltz (Renee) of Stillman Valley, Bradley Voltz (Kerri) of Mokena, Lori DeMoney of Miami, Kristi LaBarge of Denver, Kelly Lambrakos (James) of Awendaw and Jennifer LaFrance (David) of Bloomington; her great grandchildren, Alexis, Payton, Olivia and Kellen Voltz; and her grandchildren, Kailey, Mitchell Voltz, Asher DeMoney, Julien LaBarge, Jackson, Marshall, Gianna LaFrance, Lily and Luke Lambrakos. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.
