He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Raymond and Marie Alstott Neal; and his brother Marvel Landers. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Goyke; his children, Elmer "Sam" Neal (Martha), Kesha Neal (Janet Woelber), Meghan Neal (Andrew Kamees) and Sarah Neal (Austin Harris); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Aaron and Rebecca.
