He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Cidlik and Georgia Cidlik; and his brother Raymond Irvin Cidlik. He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Hafer; his wife Pat Cidlik of Paw Paw; his children, Cori Hacker (Tony) of Naperville, Kelli Wright (Jim) of Plainfield, Curtis Cidlik (Mandy) of Darien and Traci A. Cidlik of Paw Paw; his grandchildren, Jack, Shelby, Allie, Max Wright and Austin Cidlik; his stepgranddaughter Elizabeth Ferrigan; his sister Linda Woolsey (Kenny) of Rising City, Nebraska; and his sister-in-law Patricia Cidlik of Dwight, Nebraska. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
