He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Sones and Sallee Knurek Sones; his stepson Ryan; and his granddaughter Julia. He is survived by: his spouse Julie R. Hudson; his children, Steve Sones (Diana Jo) of Bolingbrook, Tyson Sones of Stanford, Debra Scott-Sones of Bolingbrook and Dawn Sones of Bolingbrook; and his stepsons, Troy Davis of LaSalle-Peru and Raymond Hudson (Joleen) of Minonk. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
