With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles William Belcher of Paw Paw, Illinois, who passed away on August 24, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Charles William has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ransom and Minnie L. Belcher. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn J. Powers of Frisco, TX; his sons, Bill (Claudia) of Dallas, TX and Steve (Brenda) of Eau Claire, WI; his grandsons, Neal of Dallas, TX and Garrett of Menominee, WI; and his great grandchild Rylie of Park Falls, WI..

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to The American Legion, honoring Charlie's lifetime membership and dedication to this esteemed organization.
