She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Umfleet and Norma Umfleet (Crites). She is survived by: her husband Jeff Foltz; her children, Sarah Foltz of Odin and Jakob Foltz of Odin; her brother Galen Umfleet (Lori) of Oblong; and her niece Jenna Kelsheimer.
