He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ballance and Susan Irene Ballance; his wife Billie Jean Ballance; his daughter Joyce Ballance of Royce Young; and his siblings, Ruby Doolen, Lyle Ballance and Glenn Ballance.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Jackson (Rodney) of Vernon; his grandchildren, David Young, Daniel Young, Tim Haslett III, Jarod Jackson and Kadi Jackson; his great grandchildren, Annabelle Young, Elizabeth Young, Alexandria Young and Luke Hasslett; his son-in-law Curt Young of Vernon; and his nephews, Leon Ballance of Georgia and Rod Doolen.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Vernon Cemetery in Ross's Honor and will be accepted by the funeral home.
