She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otto Vogt and Margaret "Margie" Vogt (Dobrick); her close friend Dallas "Dally" Belcher; her daughter Tammy Chappell (Chris) of Patoka; her stepsons, Allen Belcher (Denise) of Mattoon and David Belcher of Patoka; her stepgrandchildren, Heather Belcher and Jonathan Belcher; her stepgreat-grandchild Lyric Belcher; her siblings-in-law, Bill Edwards of Patoka, Clifford Belcher (Joan) of Patoka, Mary Vogt of Sandoval and Sharon Belcher of Patoka; her cousins, Margie Burgess (Larry) of Sandoval, Victor Sherhart (Jane) of Sandoval and Arland Speidel (Mary Kaye) of Centralia; her caregiver Maria Carpenter; her husband Dallas "Dally" Belcher; her siblings, Robert "Bob" Vogt, Thomas "Tom" Vogt and Wilma Edwards; her nieces, Dena Vogt Marke and Debbie Parrish; her nephew Jeff Belcher; her aunt Wilma Sherhart (Victor); and her siblings-in-law, Janice Vogt, Juanita Quick, Dorothy Belcher, Roland Belcher, Brady Belcher, Sam Belcher, Walter Belcher and Jess Quick. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
