He is survived by: his parent Herbert Woolsey; his spouses, Cynthia Brown and Cindy Woolsey of Patoka; his children, Sara Beth Doyle (Tom) of Arnold, Maryland and Anthony Woolsey of Centralia; his grandchildren, Connor Doyle and Madeleine Doyle; his siblings, Rick Woolsey (Karla Simpson) of Vandalia, Ron Woolsey (Kathy Miller) of Vandalia, Ryan Woolsey (Brenda Dunaway) of Vandalia, Raymond Woolsey (Coni) of Vandalia and Rita Metzger (Tim) of Vandalia; his mother-in-law Betty Brown of Vandalia; and his sisters-in-law, Beth Redman (Larry) of Fillmore and Kathy Draege (Mark Kreke) of Carlyle.
