Mila J. Forehand Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2024, at the age of 86, Mila J. Forehand of Patoka, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Caudle and Helen Caudle (Thompson); her former husband Wesley "Wes" Cain; and her husband Paul Forehand. She is survived by: her children, Mike Cain (Carol) of Patoka, Tracy Cain (Mary Jane) of Patoka, Terri Reed (Robert) of Shattuc and Stacy Hood (Gary) of Patoka; her grandchildren, Stephanie Altizer (Tony), Alicia Barker (Garrett), Jake Cain (Nicole), Samantha Reynolds, Emily Cain, Shelby Headley (Andy) and Clinton Hood; her great grandchildren, Jase, Claire, Noah, Rhett, Ross, Brooks and Mila; and her siblings, Darrell Caudle (Jeanie) of Assumption, Gary Caudle of Florida and Mary Caudle of Vandalia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephew, extended family members, and friends.
Memorials may be made in Mila's honor to Vernon Cemetery and will be accepted for the family at Macz Funeral Home 234 South Elm St. Centralia, IL 62801.
