He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Murphy and Mary Julia Murphy (Piezuch); his siblings, Mary Cibulka, Anthony Murphy and Bernard Murphy; and his brother-in-law Hap Cibulka.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Huffman; his children, Diane Lee Murphy of Wisconsin and Scott Lee Murphy (Kathryn) of St. Louis, Missouri; his grandchildren, Colum, Ian, Jamie, Brian and Henery; and his brother Bob Murphy of Missouri. He is also survived by his family and friends.
