He was predeceased by: his parent Carroll (Lorraine); and his brothers, Carroll Ray, Keith and Vincent Waln. He is survived by: his wife Diane Waln; his children, Melissa Mothershead (David) of Fults, IL, Dana Kraut (Scott) of Belleville, IL, Terra Torrez of Snyder, TX and Leland "Danny" Waln of Patoka, IL; and his sister Connie Asher of Russellville, AR. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Braun Family Funeral Home (265 Quarry Rd, Columbia, IL 62236). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
