He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Raymond and Lorine Workman. He is survived by: his mother Janice Clark (Workman) of Flora; his daughters, Madeline Clark (David Ellsworth) and Meredith Clark of Patoka; his sister Chris Stidham (Karl) of Clay City; and his close friend Chuck Kenley. He is also survived by niece and nephew.
