She was predeceased by: her parents, Morton Riggs and Goldie Riggs (Bateson); her husband Leo Forehand; her siblings, Shirley Purden, Chuck Riggs, Bob Riggs and Vernell Riggs; her son Leo Forehand, Jr.; and her grandson Shannon McWhirter.
She is survived by: her children, Florence White of Knoxville, TN, Junetta Bullard (Larry) of Salem, Sharon Korzenewski of Patoka, Joe Forehand (Lori) of Boulder and Tim Forehand (Karen) of Edgewood; and her sister Betty Johnson. She is also survived by grandchildren; 36 cherished great-grandchildren; 6 loved great-great grandchildren.
