She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Splechter and Martha Splechter (Longwell); her husband Dean Wadkins; her children, Martha Lee Wadkins and Joseph Wadkins; her grandchildren, Jason Quick and Katie Jo Wadkins; and her great grandchild Dylan Gelsinger.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Quick (Albert) of Patoka, IL, April Sprehe (Lonnie) of Horn Lake, MS and Carl Wadkins (Donna); her daughter-in-law Lisa Wadkins (Romack) of Patoka, IL.; her grandchildren, Kathy Jo Norman (Troy) of Odin, IL, Amanda McDaniel (Wadkins), Angie Quick (Grote) of Hoyelton, IL., Jeremy Gelsinger (Shannon), Chad Gelsinger of Junction City, IL, Curt Gelsinger (Tara), Tom Wadkins of Shattuc, IL, Andy Wadkins (Whitney), Daniel Wadkins (Kelsey), Avery Sprehe (Candy) of Cobden, IL and Jason Sprehe (Amber) of Woodlawn, IL.; her siblings, LaDawn Caudle (John) of Vernon, IL and Patrick Splechter (Alecia); and her sisters-in-law, Carolyn Wadkins, Sherry Wadkins and Donna Caudle. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren, 9 great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the First Baptist Church of Patoka, the Patoka Ambulance Service, or Patoka City Cemetery and will be accepted at the funeral home.
