We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Rafael Manilla (Park Ridge, Illinois). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Rafael may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Rafael touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Guadalupe Manilla; his children, Rafael Manilla Jr., David Manilla and Catherine Manilla; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Manilla, Sebastian Manilla, Serina Manilla, Samuel Manilla, Alexander Manilla, Mason Chambers and Owen Chambers.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cooney Funeral Home (625 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at the All Saints Catholic Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
