She was predeceased by: her parents, Philomena and Albert. She is survived by: her husband Phillip; her daughter Alexis; her son-in-law Mike; her granddaughter Misha; her siblings, Charlie, Jeffrey, Albert and Gerri; her sister-in-law Treska; and her nephew Albert. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cooney Funeral Home (625 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge, IL 60068).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The St. Joseph's Indian School in Chamberlain, South Dakota, an organization dear to Phyllis's heart.
