He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hagemann and Emily Hagemann (Michalak); his sister Janice; and his father-in-law Brian Riordan. He is survived by: his wife Molly; his child Johnand Jenny; his siblings, Matt, Susan, Gail and Carol; his mother-in-law Sharon; and his siblings-in-law, Becky of Bill, CFD, Tom Riordan (Cecile) and Emmett Riordan (Meg).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paul's name to the American Heart Association.
