Karen A. DeLong Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen A. DeLong of Park Ridge, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 13, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Therese and Anthony; and her brother Andy (Joan). She is survived by: her spouse Cleo; her child Tracey (Kimberly); her brother Tony (Patricia); her nieces and nephews, Tony, Jennifer, Greg, Drew, Monique, Brian, Timmy and Kevin; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brecken, Camden, Jorge, Emilia, Millie, Antonella, Isla Mae, Kaylee, Andrew and Penelope.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cooney Funeral Home (625 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Juliana Church (7201 N Oketo Ave, Chicago, IL 60631).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that you consider making a donation to a cancer organization of your choice, such as the American Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, LOWVELO, or the Kidney Cancer Association.
