He is survived by: his wife Liz; his children, Jon Luke (Debbie), Jayce and Juliet; his nieces and nephews, Olivia, Henry, Owen, Fred, Alex, Gabri, Tori, Andrew, Samuel, Adam and Sophie; his godfather Greg (Evelyn); his cousin Lyn Gordon (Jeff); and also, Peter, Paul (Palmyra), Pam Dauby (Pierre), Jerry (Shane), Phil, Patrice, Rachel and Danny. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
