He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Winandy and Cecelia Winandy (Grobe); and his sister Jane Sender (Winandy). He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Winandy (Rinallo); his children, Dawn Winandy-Stancil and Troy Winandy; his grandchildren, Bailee Salgado (Daniel) and Jack Stancil; and his great grandchild Lilianna Salgado. He is also survived by his family and friends.
