He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Margaret; his children, Maura Korzeniowski (Mickey), Una Battaglia (Steve), Anne Gumino (Chris) and Sean Curran (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Nolan, Ava, Emily, Jack, John, Colton, Andrew, Matthew, Sloane, Stella, Fallon and Chloe.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cooney Funeral Home (625 Busse Hwy, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A prayer was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul of the Cross Church (320 S Washington Ave, Park Ridge, IL 60068).
