She was predeceased by: her son Michael Hoffmann; her parents, John and Marguerite; and her brothers, John and Brian.
She is survived by: her husband Arthur; her children, Jean Lewis (Brad), Cathy Fitzpatrick (Brian) and Patrick Hoffmann (Leslie); her grandchildren, Matty, Paddy, Michael, Danny, Katie and Sean; and her siblings, Dan O'Connor (Ambrosia) and Margie Brunner (Ed).
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home (820 W Talcott Rd, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A prayer was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Wisdom Church (920 Granville Ave, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A burial was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the All Saints Cemetery (700 N River Rd, Des Plaines, IL 60016).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to The National Shrine of Saint Frances Xavier Cabrini.
