She was predeceased by: her parents, Jakub Maczko and Zofia Maczko; her husband Henry Ernest Jachec; and her siblings, Mitchell Jachec (late Jean), Edward and Alice.
She is survived by: her son Steven Michael (Joey Lynn); her grandsons, Harrison Michael and Maxwell Henry of Melbourne, FL; and her brother James Maczko (Regina) of Lakemoor, IL. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Ransom Catholic Church (8624 W Normal Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
