David Douglass Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Douglass of Park Ridge, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 3, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Douglass and Ruth Douglass; and his brothers, John (Emily), Robert (Teresa) and Daniel (Holly).
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Sara Born, Martha Pietsch (Eric) and David (Emily); and his siblings, Susan Sandstrom Berkley and Wylie Douglass (Ardyth).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Park Ridge Community Church (100 Courtland Ave, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A reception will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Church's Great Hall.
Memorial gifts may be given to the Park Ridge Community Church Youth Program where he was a Sunday School teacher and youth group sponsor or The Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation in David's name.
