He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Dee Flaherty; his children, Taylor, Colm Flaherty (Kristen) and Brendan Flaherty (Lorena); his grandson Luke Flaherty; his siblings, Michael Flaherty (Julie), Maria Hauldren (Ryan) and Theresa Maloney (James); and his parents, Ellen Flaherty and Colman Flaherty.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ryan-Parke Funeral Home (120 S NW Hwy, Park Ridge, IL 60068). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Juliana Church (7201 N Oketo Ave, Chicago, IL 60631).
