We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Barbara G. Brooner of Park Ridge, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gloria F. Giunta and Dominic R. Giunta. She is survived by: her children, Caroline Vengazo (Rich) and Robert Brooner (Anne); her grandchildren, Caitlin, Alexis, Michael Vengazo, Gloria and Laura Brooner; her brothers, Robert Giunta (Robin) and James Giunta (Jennifer); and her former husband William Brooner. She is also survived by cousins and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM.

“Caroline & Family, Barbara and I always started our morning at 7am when we met for breakfast. Barbara was a terrific friend and enjoyed when I came to her studio. Twenty-four hours prior to her passing I looked at her book which highlights family, that she adored. I am so thankful for viewing her book because I realized how important it was to her. I am grateful having the opportunity of knowing Barbara! I will miss Barbara, but feel at ease since she’s in a better place.”
