He is survived by: his parents, Rory Jurgenson Sr. and Lisa Marie Rogers-Jurgenson; his stepmother Laura Jurgenson; his sister Mazi; his aunts and uncles, Lynnda Rogers (Stu), Christina Rogers, William "Matthew" Howard, Ruthann Conner (Roger), Tina Olson (Chuck), Richard Jurgenson (Dee), Mike Jurgenson (Amy), Lisa Jurgenson and Amy Wilk (Paul); his grandparents, Angie "Grammy" Howard, Alice "Grandma" Jurgenson and Tony "Grandpa" Rogers; and his daughters, Aliyah Louise Conway, Ava Juliana and Aria Quinn Jurgenson. He is also survived by 22 first cousins and a large number of loving extended family.
