She is survived by: her daughter Bernadette Starks-Stiger (Fabian); her grandson Jeremy Starks; and her siblings, Rita Bourgoyne, Sybil Tyler, Tony Tyler (Judy), Harold R. Tyler (Juanita) and Keith Tyler. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces, and a host of loving family and friends.
