He is survived by: his wife Vicky Rusek; his daughter Susan Pendleton (Raymond); his grandchildren, Jonathan Rusek, Rachael Rusek and Abagail Pendleton; and his siblings, Ronald Rusek (Terri), Rick Rusek (Libby) and Beverly Simmons (Gary).
