He is survived by: his wife Christine Cherrington; his children, Pamela Veile (Cherrington), Courtney Hale, Delia Galaviz, Robert, Christian and Edward Cherrington; his grandchildren, Brionna, Brooklynn, Julian, Jordynn Veile, Jamyn, Koryn and Kadyn Hale; and his siblings, Marcia Staine, Kendrick and Dezerie Cherrington. He is also survived by Several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
