It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Simmons (Park Forest, Illinois), who passed away on July 7, 2018, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Gary Simmons and Jill Simmons; his stepfather Steve Bielunski; his sister Jori MacNaught (Kevin); his stepsister Amber Bielunski; and his significant other Rachael Weaver.
