He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Ira and Sarah E. Runyan (Mason); his son Billy Runyan; and his siblings, Ernest Runyan, Norma Gosnell and Mary Gosnell.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Miller; his daughter Tricia Martin (Chris); his sisters, Rose Welch and Anna Shaffer; and his grandchildren, Mackenzie of Paris and Sydney Martin of Paris. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
