Wayne, Teri-Rae Long (Austin) of Paris and William Franklin Peter "Billy" Newlin IV of Surprise, Arizona; his stepchildren, Rebecca Lea McManus (Jesse) of Las Vegas and Kolten Wesley Sexton of Paris; his brother Randolph James "RJ" Newlin of Paris; and his grandchildren, Alyson McManus, Leah McManus, Dominic McManus and Jaxson Newlin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
