He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel B. Owen and E. Maxine Owen (Wallace); his brother Larry Owen; and his grandson Hunter Keys. He is survived by: his children, Robin Williamson of Paris, William Edward Owen, Jr. of Paris, Lori Owen of Paris, Brenda Bracken (Robert) of Paris, Amy Paquette (James) of Paris and Matthew Owen (Michelle) of Paris; his sisters, Patricia Macke of Oliver and Eudora Gallion (Charles) of Paris; his grandchildren, Drake Owen, Blaine Owen, Breanna Bracken, Jonathan Bracken, Victoria Bracken, Ashley Bracken, Olivia Keys, Lilly Keys, Dennis Keys, Molly Keys, Alex Paquette, Skylar Paquette, Isaac Owen, Elijah Owen and Elizabeth Williamson; and his great grandchild Abby Vance.
