He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Moved and Maureen Livingston Later Moved; his sister Debbie Livingston; and his brother-in-law Mitchell Smith. He is survived by: his children, Tina Mulkins (Marty) of Paris, Amy Hayes (Jimmie) of Ft. Madison, Nicole Connolly of Kokomo, Heather Hunt (David) of Russiaville, IN., Lee Livingston (Merya) and Jay Livingston of North Bend; his stepsons, Tommy Prouse (Linda) of Paris, Andy Prouse (Amy) of Paris, George Prouse (Kara) of Paris and Frank Prouse (Kim) of Paris; and his siblings, Kim Smith of Walton, Lisa Baker (Craig) of Kokomo, IN, Steve Livingston of Kokomo and Casey Livingston of Kokomo. He is also survived by his wife and children.
