He is survived by: his wife Patty McWilliams; his son Jeffery O'Brien (Cally) of Lincoln, Nebraska; his daughter-in-law Darby O'Brien of Avon, Indiana; his father-in-law Robert "Bob" McWilliams of Paris; his grandchildren, Jackson, William, Connor, Brody and Camryn O'Brien; his sisters, Ruth Wormley (John) of Surprise and Patty K. Tombasco (Pete) of Grays Lake, Illinois; and his nieces and nephews, Robin Pierpoint (Scott), Christine Muller (Derick), Daniel Tombasco and Michael John Wormley. He is also survived by his family and friends.
