He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Barbara Jane Reynolds Carroll; and his sons, Matthew James Carroll and Justin Thomas Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Judy Carroll of Paris, Illinois; his children, Ryan Carroll (Megan) of Paris and Lindsay Englum (Jacob) of Paris; his grandchildren, Harlee (Jacob Gates), Landen, McKenzie, Gage Englum, Olivia, Maxwell and Nolan Carroll; and his uncle William Zieren (Jone) of Charleston, Illinois. He is also survived by several cousins; several brothers in law and sisters in law; several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
In keeping with State of Illinois mandates due to COVID-19 Pandemic, everyone attending the service is encouraged to wear a mask while inside the funeral home and the church.
Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Paris, Illinois.
