He is survived by: his children, Thomas Prouse Jr. (Linda) of Paris, Andy Prouse (Amy) of Paris, George Prouse (Kara) of Paris and Frank Prouse (Kim) of Paris; his grandchildren, Whitney Prouse, Justin Prouse, Alexis Prouse, Ryan Prouse (Johanna), Brandon Prouse (Ashley), Destanie Prouse, Bobbiesue Bapp, Brittney Hall, Takeyla Hall, Alycia Prouse, Ciera Prouse and Samantha Prouse; his siblings, Dave Prouse of Paris, Kathy Dolan (Tom) of Paris and Christine Clark (Shane) of Charleston, IL; and his close friend Carla Layton. He is also survived by his 28 Great-grandchildren.
