He was predeceased by: his sister Nicole Pennington. He is survived by: his parents, Steve Dwayne Johnson, Sr. (Ellen) of Paris and Janie Sue Johnson (Farmer) of Cottonwood, Alabama; his children, McKenzee Gussler of Terre Haute, Maddie Neiswinger (Daylon) of Paris, Steve Dwayne Johnson III (Jenna Cusick) of Paris, Gracee Johnson of Paris and Rylee Johnson; his brothers, Ronnie Eslinger of Cottonwood, Michael Johnson of Paris and T. J. Johnson of Paris; and his grandchildren, Theo Neiswinger, Gracelyn "Baby Shark" Johnson and Conrad Cruz. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Rylee Johnson Education Fund in care of First Neighbor Bank of Paris.
