He was predeceased by: his parents, Saverio Vullo and Carmela Vullo (Pappacena); and his brother Saverio Vullo, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Vullo of Paris; his children, Stephanie Jones of Paris and Stephen Vullo, Jr. of Parker, Colorado; his stepchildren, Dennis Rowell of Paris and Donna Rowell of Paris; and his brothers, David Vullo of Hamburg and Mark Vullo of Lackawanna. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and four step grandchildren.

For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to ECCF DO It Cancer Support Group or the American Heart Association.
