He was predeceased by: his parent Delbert Sr.; his spouse Esther Winschief Keltz; and his siblings, Delbert Keltz, Jr, Donald Keltz, Robert Keltz and Joan Gale.
He is survived by: his parent Erma McGuinn Keltz, Sr.; his sons, Ray Keltz (Lynn) of Paris and Curtis Keltz (Cathy) of Mahomet; his grandchildren, Heather Keltz of Newman and Lindsay Keltz of Champaign; his sisters, Rosemary Johnson of Decatur, Sharon Waltrip of Paris and Ruth Erwin of Paris; and his brother-in-law Kenny Winschief of Paris.
