He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Thomas and Mary Bonnie Lubovich Rigsby; his grandparents, Samuel, Jessie Rigsby, Joe and Mary Lubovich; and his niece Jodi Jackson.

He is survived by: his girlfriend Kristi Sims of Paris; his siblings, Audie Jackson (Dale) of Clinton, Kris Powell (Brian) of Rockville and Jim Rigsby of Clinton; and his pet Lacy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
