She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Hillard and May Hillard; her husband James Hayward; and her children, Tony DuBose and Danette DuBose Mueller.
She is survived by: her children, Keith DuBose, Denise DuBose, Skylor DuBose and Troy DuBose. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, many great grandchildren.
