He was predeceased by: his father Roy Allen Lowe, Sr.; and his uncle Jim Maples. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Gilbert Lowe; his children, Christy Elkins (Steve), Melissa Rifkin (Jonathan) and Roy Lowe, III (Danielle); his grandchildren, Cody Elkins (Lexie), Dalton Elkins, Chelsea Elkins, Kloie Lowe, Parker Lowe, Bella Lowe, Olivia Rifkin and Caleb Rifkin; his siblings, Mark Lowe (Darla) and Cathy Waldon; and his close friends, Mike Scott and Brad Cooper.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the West Vigo High School Fishing Team, in his memory.
