He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred L. Minge and Annis Minge (Harland); his grandparent Ephraim; and his brother Clifford Witkofsky. He is survived by: his spouse Carmen Roberta Hendrickson; his sons, Robert Minge of Paris and Randall Minge (Robin) of Paris; his grandchildren, Victoria Grey of Mattoon, Elliott Minge of Washington, D. C. and Olivia Minge of Paris; and his great grandchildren, Kale Wood of Mattoon and Emmett Fulk of Mattoon.
