He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence M. Fuqua and Madge L. Fuqua (Chrisman). He is survived by: his wife Sue Rennick; his sons, Rob Fuqua (Melinda) of Paris and Dirk Fuqua (Angela) of Batavia, Illinois; his sister Mary Catherine Couchman of Terre Haute, Indiana; his grandchildren, Kali Fuqua (Scott Martin) of Paris, Kelsey Fuqua (Benjamin Mihalko) of Paris, Brookelyn Knepp (Kevin) of Montgomery, Brian Graber of Paris, Brayton Graber of Montgomery, Bryce Graber of Paris, Kyndal Fuqua of Paris, Danae of Batavia, Tyler of Batavia and Jordan Fuqua of Batavia; and his great grandchildren, Matilda Martin and Robert Mihalko.

For those who wish, the family suggests that memorials be made to the Edgar County Shrine Club.
